1. Services Overview
Review Mint provides reputation management services that include:
Requesting reviews from your customers via SMS and email

Ongoing outreach to new customers to generate fresh Google reviews
2. Trial, Subscriptions, and Billing
Free Trial: Each new client receives a 14-day free trial of our core services.
Subscription: After the trial, the client will be billed for the agreed-upon monthly subscription, unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Usage Charges: Clients will also be billed monthly for SMS and email usage based on volume.
Payments: Payments are accepted via the website or during a live demo/sales call.
Cancellations: Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime, without penalty.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our service, you confirm that:
You have obtained consent from your customers to contact them via SMS or email in compliance with TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act regulations.
You provide accurate business data, including current customer contact databases, business profile credentials, and account access for Google and Facebook. You will not use our platform for spam, illegal marketing, or fraudulent activity.
4. Access and Permissions
To provide our services, you grant Review Mint permission to:
Access and manage your Facebook Business and Google Business accounts contact your customers through email and text on your behalf
Use the content of received reviews for automated social media publishing
You retain full ownership of your data and customer relationships. We act only as a service provider and representative under your direction.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, visuals, branding, and software code, is the property of Review Mint unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy, or reuse content without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Review Mint is not liable for:
Lost business opportunities due to platform downtime or third-party outages (e.g., Google or Facebook)
Legal issues resulting from misuse of customer contact data not acquired with proper consent
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account that violates our policies, local laws, or terms of use. Upon termination, all access and service will cease, and any outstanding balances (including SMS/email overages) will be billed.

Clients may cancel their subscription or stop services at any time
